Monday & Tuesday–Dr. Paul McGuinness
“Dr Mac” is CSU’s professor of intercultural studies, though he started life in Zimbabwe, southern Africa. He has earned three degrees from CSU and previously served at Parker Hill Church as director of their global partnerships in South Africa, Kenya and Haiti. Paul is married to Aimee, and they have four children.
Wednesday & Thursday–Kurt Kandler
Kurt is the founder and CEO of 410 Bridge, a Christ-centered, non-profit organization helping to redefine the war on poverty through community development in poverty-stricken nations such as Kenya, Guatemala, Uganda, and Haiti. 410 Bridge has worked in 50+ communities in East Africa, Haiti and Guatemala impacting 500,000+ people. Kurt is married to Erika, and they have four children and two grandchildren. Kurt and his family reside in Milton, Georgia.
Friday–Panel Discussion
Dr. Mac and Kurt Kandler will host a panel discussion featuring the CSU students who just returned from serving in Guatemala over spring break.
