Meet the Presenters
Dirk Olds
After 10 years in the service industry, Dirk felt a calling to help others and became a financial services representative in 1993. His career began as an advisor with two major insurance companies. Following a promotion to manager, he started his own firm.
Ultimately, he connected with Ambassador Advisors, now Faithward Advisors, and now serves as lead advisor for the New York regional office. Dirk’s unique expertise centers around legacy planning, and ensuring his clients get the most out of their retirement.
In his free time, you can find Dirk maintaining his large saltwater fish tank. He lives in Endwell, New York, with his wife Brenda and daughter Mackenzie. His son lives in Orlando, FL.
Matt Diers
Matt was born in the small town of Norwich, New York. While working on his Bachelor of Science in Finance, he worked part-time as an office assistant at Ambassador Advisors, now Faithward Advisors.
Once he completed school, he transitioned to a full-time role in the New York regional office and worked his way up to becoming a financial advisor.
His passion is helping his clients apply biblical principles to the financial planning process.
Matt enjoys spending time outdoors. His favorite activities are sailing, biking, or playing sports with friends.
