About the speaker:
Dr. Lightner retired this year from her position as a Liberty University Online Instructor with 27 major publications in creation science. She received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from the Ohio State University. Her research interests are in genetics, adaptation, and speciation with a focus on birds and mammals. She does literature reviews and data mining to answer questions about how God’s created kinds diversify and speciate. She has written for Answers in Genesis, Creation Ministries International, and published in the Creation Research Society Quarterly. She did collaborative research with world-renowned taxonomist, Jon E. Ahlquist, who studied birds.
